Customer: Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) is the middleware platform for creating automation applications and microservices that enable companies to document, simulate, manage, automate, monitor, and optimize their processes and decision-making. Business process automation and digital process automation is a significant expansion of traditional BPM distinguished by an emphasis on low source code development, end-user usage experience, and AI-based innovation.
RHPAM, formerly known as JBoss BPM Suite (BPMS), is based on the jBPM free software project, which makes use of Java technology and is developed by the open-source community.
