Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid is a public company that provides public transport services in the city of Madrid.
CardioMAD is a mobile app created to locate users, fixed defibrillators and mobile defibrillators within the means of transport and facilities of EMT and entities associated with the service.
With a viewer developed by EMT and in collaboration with SAMUR, TRBL Services has participated in the development of CardioMAD with two native applications, for iOS and Android respectively. These apps are connected to the EMT system in order to locate users, fixed defibrillators and mobile defibrillators available on buses and at some points in the city of Madrid when a person is in cardiac arrest. The aim of the application is reducing the response time until the arrival of the emergency services and thus saving lives.
